About me

Hello, My name is Sean. I am from the capital city of Canada, Ottawa. I have a professional career working in the federal government where I get to learn about many new and exciting issues. I have had the pleasure of teaching various levels of English in Asian for six years. For two years, I taught professionals in Shanghai how to speak business English as well as conduct business in the western culture. I got know people intimately in order to learn thier needs. I also taught English at the University level for two years. As a political-science major myself, I taught at the political-science facility of Dong-eui Univesity in South Korea where we discussed current events and helped students communicate thier opinions in English. Finally, I taught children and teenagers practice thier school lesson in English. It was important to keep the little ones forcused, so lessons were kept both practical and fun. At all time, I engage my students to keep them focused and teach them practical lessons that they will need in life. My lessons are simple and easy to follow. No stress, no pressure, no homework. We will read news article that are interesting to you and we will discuss them. In addition to your lesson, I also include: - Consultation 24/7 if you have an urgent question for work or school, - Group lessons, and - Review and edit service for your document. I'm here to help you conduct your job in the English language. We will discuss more than language, but also western business culture. Together, we will discuss what to say and how to conduct a meeting. We can also discuss what to write in an e-mail. I will teach you practical English.
